Who am I?
I'm beginning to question myself:
Who am I?
I'm not smart like an Asian.
I'm not Math-smart.
I'm not Money-smart.
I'm not Asian-smart.
Am I Asian?
I spend too much, I work too much, I do too much that all comes to nothing.
Why aren't asians like that?

L-O-V-E
I thought I'd probably talk about this. L-O-V-E.
I see people laugh, people cry, people changing, people suffering. All because of love.
What is this four letter word that makes things so devastating? There is no in between in love. The story always ends as happily ever after, or you just end up crying, sobbing, like there's tomorrow because love just makes you suffer and it tortures and it just creates more problems.
Why is it frustrating to see people in love? When you're not ready to love, you try to love but the end result is no love. Why is that? It's because there IS NO LOVE.
I don't see the reason of going through so much shit and crap just so you can prove to yourself, him/her and everyone else the power of love that you have amongst each other.
Why is it when they say they love each other, they can still make each other sad? Isn't love supposed to be something happy? Isn't that why they draw love shapes as hearts and paint it red because it shows happiness? It shows the eagerness and the desperation of just pumping and it gives you life. Or does it just show the darkest route, the sad shape because with the way a heart shape is, it can crack right down the middle and make the world hell to an individual.
All I can say, is I'm glad the only thing that I love right now is my family and my money. It's the sense of knowing the things that I own that makes me happy. I guess that just makes me materialistic. Afterall, I am materialistic. I'm feeling more and more like a city girl. This is probably why Love just has no ending. LOVE. FML!

HAHAHAH! I'm going home sooooooooooooooooo soon! In 6 days! I'll be in Asia Land in 6 days! So excited =)
Anyways I finished my exams.. Just gonna post some pictures of friends that I hung out with the past two days<3

3 more finals to go..
Today's been exceptionally well for me. I've been studying... =) and I think I'm actuallly making big progress! I did the whole glycolysis cycle, PDH cycle, homolactic fermentation, alcohol fermentation and krebs cycle.
Anyways.. I have three more finals to go.. and I'm done this term! I have Biochemsitry, Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry.. How chemified can I get? LOL. I like the word Chemified. Ooo~
Yeah well the finals week didnt start out too great, I pulled an all nighter and watched movies while studying too (Physics paper) and yeah I woke up at 6am and thought it was still early so I went back to bed. THEN the next thing I knew it was 9am! Freaked out and panicked like there was no tomorrow.. I gotta say, the conversation that I had with Doris (<--click it click it!) was a little amusing. It was at the verge of desperation.. anyone would do that. LOL.
Lesson Learnt: to not pull an all-nighter.. and if you do, make sure you have all your alarm clocks turned on.
(my phone broke on the Tuesday that week... so I had no means of waking up with any source. yeah.. not so smart afterall hey?)

My April 2009. so far..
Well I dropped my phone, broke it.. it actually works, like i can pick up calls still.. but my screen is completely white so i can't text or check missed calls. and i turned my alarms off before it broke. so its not even functional as an alarm clock. BAHHH!
good news is I found a brand new phone on ebay.. 80 dollars cheaper than what it would cost if i bought it at the store. Its an LG Rumour. pretty.. but not the best phones in the world comparing to Blackberry's. I'm not up to that technology level yet so who cares. ITS WHITE!!! =)
I realised I do better when professors say that the course is gonna be the hardest course in my entire degree. I'm doing the best in that course... comparing to all the courses i'm doing. aiyyaaahh.
been buying things online lately.. so my credit card just keeps going. doi doi doi~
i'll be going home soon! so that i'm excited for.
Finals officially start tomorrow. so gotta get off this freaking addictive routine of mine. I NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE WORLD. the virtual world!

It was raining cats and dogs last night... well heavier than a drizzle, and it went all morning til 6am (i slept at 6am).
and now it's snowing like there's no tomorrow... it's seriously like a blizzard. but snow is not accumulating on the floor because it's still wet from last nihgt.. or the few hours ago.

I don't usually read their issues but since I had 4 hours to kill before my lab finals.. and there was a copy of the newsletter lying on the table, I read it from the very first page till the last.

Potter =)
I noticed that I have not been talking about anything interesting that’s happening in school.
So let’s talk about Potter, Harry Potter.
His name is Sean.. But our organic chemistry (my hot instructor) calls him Potter. Potter has big glasses, the ones like wayferers.. Like old man glasses, in black frames. And he’s always late to class. Like 2-5 minutes late. Nothing serious.
Our instructor teaches organic chem labs as well. And my ochem instructor is Jason. Jason is awesome. I’ll talk about him later. Back to Potter. We once had an experiment that dealt with glacial acetic acid as one of the solvents. Glacial acetic acid is just a way they call acetic acid, CH3COOH. So Potter being Potter asked Jon (our instructor) why acetic acid was called glacial acetic acid. Jon without thinking replied, “It’s because they collected acetic acid from the glaciers, due to the high pressure that compressed all the water we obtain the acetic acid.” Potter was sooooooooooooooo impressed, but he doubted our instructor. So Jon told him to ask the Chem Lab Assistant. As Potter turned his back and walked towards the Assistant’s office, Jon waved the assistant down and managed to get him to continue the fib. HAHAHAHA~ (our class was laughing at this point but that wasn’t it) Potter… being Potter said that he’d like to ask other Chemistry instructors so Jon told him to go to the office and ask.
There’s Ross (our other lab instructor) and Roy Jensen (super strict instructor, Chem Coordinator)… Jon managed to call Ross in time before Potter went up.. So Ross told Potter the same thing and Potter wanted to get the final confirmation so he turned his back walking down the hallway to Jensen’s office. And Ross managed to hint Jensen (by waving frantically and giving him the signs while Potter was heading to his office). All in all… the whole Chemistry Department (well half of them, all the ones that were in the office) teamed up just to trick Potter. (ROFL!!!!!)
I don’t know if you guys think it’s funny. We sure do.
So back to describing to you guys how Potter looks like. He doesn’t look like a nerd, but he just owns black glasses that made Jon call him Potter. He usually wears all black, skinny jeans, black converse shoes, a grey shirt over a black shirt and a leather jacket. He has an iphone too. I know that cos he’s always on his iphone during lectures. And Potter has this friend that has a piercing on his eyebrow.. Our instructor calls him Malfoy! (LMAO!!!)
Anyways, it’s the end of our term and I guess I could say Organic Chem is my most interesting, most happening class. Jonathan had 2 tickets to the symphony that he couldn’t go to.. So he was going to give it to anyone in the class. We voted.. And Potter got it =) He and this one other guy, Dan (he’s got the best sense of dressing.. Or so I thought in the beginning of the term) had a battle where they had to name an instrument from the orchestra and Potter won. To top that day, Potter came in with a long purple dress.. And an BROOMSTICK!!!! I did not bring my camera that day.. So I took a picture of him with my phone.. Everyone else took a picture of him as well.. It was super funny.
And yes.. That concludes my Organic Chem class for the term. I wish I did better in the class… My finals are coming up.. So I’m gonna study really hard to make up for it. Afterall, he is the best instructor with super awesome writing too =)
